Theater Exhibit

The CDM Theater exhibit focuses on the history of performing arts in the community. The CDM has partnered with the Columbia Theatre of Performing Arts on this project. Children will learn about the history of arts in the community, look at old lighting, sound and stage equipment, and practice performing on stage.

 

The CDM will also have its own personal CDM Theatre, which will feature a stage, ticket booth, concussion stand, theater seats and red-carpet backdrop for everyone to enjoy! We will have The Columbia Theatre at the event to talk about the the performing arts. So come on down to the museum on Saturday, March 25 from 10am-2pm for the opening of the theater exhibit.
